Its a part of life.. but there is a healthily
way to overcome depression.

NUMBER 1: Prayer
Stop everything your doing and just pray for clearity and ask God to show you why you feel like this and how to fix it.
NUMBER 2: Don’t hold it in
Depression is someone that feeds on loneliness and isolation, so don’t hold it in pick up your phone and call someone. If you don’t have someone to call, take a walk to the store or market near you and meet someone new.
NUMBER 3: Get out of where ever you are
Just talk a walk or go somewhere else, its actually pretty amazing how you can transform your way of thinking by simply just taking a walk.
NUMBER 4: Try to change perpective
We seem to only see life from the tiny little human eyes, we miss so much of whats happening all around us. So stop for a moment and see that you have the power and the ability to make your life better, all it takes is just small steps.
